One of the few artist's who post on all these sites who's no longer in awe over fantasy-style paintings that have nothing going on in them (though I do love fantasy-style character sketches or fantasy with a story -- just please, please, no more elf in forest with butterfly paintings, or guy holding a sword and covered in sweat and blood... they do nothing for me).
I worship Rockwell, in fact, if he was alive, I'm quite certain he would fear my stalker-esque ways.
I love the real, the surreal, colour, photoshop, my wacom tablet, my solitude, and a good movie (if you've ever seen a good movie that finishes with a good ending, point me in its direction... I seem to be missing good endings in my life and a good debate.) Mainly, I love art that causes the "double take" factor & tells a story or three.
I've been painting since April of 2003, and up until recently almost sketched every day and night to improve. Lately, I've been really bad about working on improving mainly because of my busy lifestyle.
