About Noel D. Hill
Noel D. Hill was born and raised in Portland Maine, and has been immersed in art and storytelling for the entirety of his life. He has studied Fine Arts at the University of Southern Maine as well as the online community Conceptart.org. Illustration, conceptual design and other forms of visual realization of great stories are his passion.
