Ah, over at Deviantart... was working on an animated film over the summer, so my painting/time got reduced to ZERO. Only catching up on things properly now.

Love the concept Cano.   Hmm, nice and open ended this one. I might enter it if I can knock something good enough together. 

Background looks great on that one Linaka. I'd say stick to whatever works best for you, but not to give up on linework altogether. Keeping more gestural quicker lines sometimes works wonders for a pic. 

I've been away too long, everyone's gotten MILES better, present company included. Really great stuff.
