Yeah, hands are tough. At least you aren't doing that thing that some people do (myself included, once upon a time) and just hiding the hands. I can't see anything fundamentally wrong with your hands though, so I'd just say keep practicing, and to echo kaz and say use references.

Looking a lot better than your previous posts, keep it up. The only thing I can say that will help with the expression is for you to draw it on a page by itself, as large as you like. I find that drawing larger makes it easier to draw what you want, and then you can use that as a kind of reference.
