• Re: Couple of questions.

Hey Clairebear, We didn't make brushes for the Andriod cover. We sent some 'page furniture' icons - that we use to create the ImagineFX logos - and asked him to turn them into Painter custom brushes. He used some, but not as brushes, I think he took them into ZBrush. The cover models eye-wings are based on one of the ...

HIYA! So, you've seen which one we went for - D btw - and BIG thanks to Dan LuVisi for giving up his COD4 playing time to paint it. Everyone that commented on this thread picked up on all the plus and minus points we went through in selecting the cover image... And as Kaz said, interesting how we all see different things in an ...

Delivered fresh off-the-press to the ImagineFX office today - codename: IFX51. Its the usually recycled rain forest of delights you've come to expect from such a quality title, if not just that lil' bit more awesome than the previous 50 issues. [Gulp! Swallows modesty pill]. So to celebrate the time of month newsagents all across the ...

  • Re: ImagineFX issue 50

Gosh, I got a bit tearful reading some of your comments (I haven't had a lot of sleep recently. *cough*). I'm not going to lie to you, issue 50 was a 'heart-breaker and life-taker' of an issue... with a fair bit of emotional, spiritual and physical trauma to get it to the printers. But all those tears will be lost in time... ...

I don't really design the mag dood. We wrote a programme to do that. Problem is it became sentient and decided to move to High Wicombe to become the worlds first AI florist.... So I've been replaced with a very long stick that Claire uses to hit my keyboard every ten minutes.... Jeez... where did that come from? Think I'm ...
