Fantastci master study, especially the face... I really should start doing some myself ;S I would maybe recommend using larger brushes for the suggested parts like the colar on the right where its fades of is a bit fugly.

Yer these are really great pieces, cool squaresoft-esque feminine guys. Some really nice rendering (graphite?). I would maybe try and put some darkerdefined cast shadows in places though just to bring a little focus to them.

to draw a straight line use the paintbrush. paint your starting dot, hold shift down, and the click where you want the line to finish Erm, there is a light renderer in photoshop, but for digital arts sake dont use it. As for ways of improving them, the details on your pictures get me lost in the image, i would concentrate more on shapes sillouhettes and form for longer before moving onto detailing. Wow these are really great. I like the last one best because of the colours!. I like the gieger esque stuff on the first one, but the colours are a little unsaturated for my taste
