I've been
experimenting with a ZBrush, After Effects, and Photoshop work flow for
a while now and this illustration is a direct result of that. The image reminds a
little of those old psychedelic posters and album covers from the 70's,
hence the goofy image title.

This is a small project I recently worked on as I played with a
ZBrush/After Effects/Photoshop work flow. The model is actually a base
human Poser model brought into Zbrush where I went ape *** with the
alpha brushes. A depth map was exported to After Effects for lighting
and rendering. Additional post comp work done in Photoshop. About ...

This image was created for the 3rd and final installment of the
Figurative Drawing & Foundational Studies Series in 2DArtist
Magazine. The image was created using colored pencils on pastel paper,
then scanned into Photoshop for embellishments and color correction.
