• My take on a Servitor

This is a Warhammer 40,000 inspired Servitor that I am working on. He will lose both arms at about the elbows and will have a bit of machinery, or at least the hint of it, at his hips and waist. I want to keep his torso somewhat statuesque for contrast. I am still working on his mouth since he has an overbite from hell, but other ...

True if straight up she has pigmy legs but I tried to convey that her legs are bent with the motion of the cloth. I originally had her feet dissappear off the page but it didnt look grounded. Then I extended the canvas and everything went even farther off balance. This is one of those issues that is incorrect but the best fit for ...

  • Dragon love - tasteful nudity

Here is my latest. Been up for 40 hours straight working on it. It tells the tale of an elven maiden wooed from the darkness by a mysterious stranger. She falls for his words only to realize that he is a bit different than she would have guessed. Oh well who cares what the parents say.

  • Re: WIP Dragon, need some feedback please.

Almost there. . .Stay on target. I still have to complete the sky and the bottom of the dress. Thought I would share the next to the last update before I move it to the Finished 2d threads. I may visit some of your suggestions concerning the eye. The wing is ok from my point of view, but then I know how it connects to this ...

OK, This has to be done tonight so that I can frame it and drop it off tomorrow for an art showing. Need mucho helpo. Thanks for confirming my problem with my first fix on the head Declan. It never set well with me so I went back to it and just changed the snout on the original head. Still a bit twisty but not near as ...

  • Re: dragon fight scene

Love the trees in the background. Now that my horizon anxieties are in check, it really adds depth to the piece and I don't feel like they are fighting on the edge of the earth. The rain effect is nice. It would be complemented by some bouncing rain on the wings and maybe some run-off at the wing edges. Just some ...

  • Re: WIP Dragon, need some feedback please.

The dragon has can pivot his head much like a human, and he is doing so to look her square in the eye. The head angle will look more natural when I get the mane placed in there. I probably will continue the center ridge from the neck, down through the chest and abdomen. And the Dragons horns do go straight back. Just like ...

  • Re: WIP Dragon, need some feedback please.

So here is an update. I cropped it for feedback. I am keeping the original size I think. I worked on the head though I had to flip it 90 degrees to get a bearing on the proper shape. I believe this works now though I miss the dynamic quality the original had. Alas, it was distorted and needed mending, I ...
