• Re: Painter IX.5 Brushes?

Thanks very much! I'm glad I'm not the only one with zoom slider problems! Thanks for the tip, zooming should be much easier now! Yep, 50% and 100% buttons would be incredibly useful, but I guess they didn't think of that. XD Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't have enough ram, my computer's a little old, it works ...

Hmm, very interesting question. I'm usually inclined to draw anime or fanart, but I don't want to get stuck in one style. I probably rushed towards the end too. XD Yep, and I hope to paint more! Particularly since I'll have plenty of time over Christmas. Thanks! ^^

  • Painter IX.5 Brushes?

I've always worked in Adobe Photoshp CS, so Corel Painter IX.5, which I got recently, is a complete mystery to me. I love the loose painterly effects people make with the program but I just can't get my head round the brushes. For me they're either too slow, add really thick paint that can't be painted over, don't lay down the ...

  • Nobody's Child

Hey everyone, I've been subscribed to ImagineFX for a while now, and after seeing the new website, I couldn't resist joining! The art here is incredible and I'd love to be a part of the community. So, back to the point, I've been doing digital art for four months now, (though I've had two years experience in Photoshop CS and ...
