• Re: New editor announced!

This is great news, Claire, congratulations! I was hoping that I would read that you were the one taking over the rudder of IFX, it's the perfect choice and decision indeed. I've been involved since the very first issue, and this means that there might still some hope for me to still be involved in the magazine every once in a while, lol ...

  • Re: Goodbye, farewell, so long...

I'm very sorry to hear this, Rob :-( I remember getting your first email in 2005, before the very first issue, and I've had a great time working for you since then. I hope that what ever project you'll jump to, that you'll have a great time there as well, and that our paths will cross sometime again soon :-) Good luck.

Hey, yes, I recognized your avatar from BP :-D Nice to see you here as well. I wish I had more time to visit other forms more, like the IFX forums. I'm planning on doing less commissioned work and focus more of my own stuff during 2008, so let's see what happens, lol.

Wow! Someone pointed me to this thread, and this really made my day :-D I'm happy to see that my random ramblings can somehow be useful to someone. I'm still learning how to write tutorials and workshops, and this is something I would not have done hadn't it been for ImagineFX. I owe this place a lot :-) Also it's great fun to ...

  • Re: IFX 22: Review

I haven't seen the latest issue yet, I just hope it looks ok, hehe. I have never really considered myself a pin-up artist, and the first time I've ever done anything even closely related to this genre was when I made 3 pin-up girls for Eidos computer game, Battle Stations Midway. It was hard work, and I learned a lot from the ...

  • Re: IFX 22: Review

If I find writing tutorials challenging? Yes, indeed! :-) I am not a writer at all, and it's even harder writing in a different language than your native one. I'm learning a lot from every bit I write for IFX, and it's great fun. I just hope that my ramblings makes somewhat sense, lol.
