The trilobites known as Encrinurus are sometimes nick-named the "strawberry-headed" trilobites, for the nodules on the cephalon.   I thought it would be fun to do a candy-striped one for the holidays.  Look for a strawberry variant in the spring of 2009!  Maybe candy corn in the fall...
