I always felt something when I saw this character for the first time, I'm not a big fan of DC comics but this character has a chanting personality that I wanted to portrait, I went trough many correction in the anatomy and I've learn loads of things while painting her.

Time to relax and draw without worries or doubts...

I usually put some pressure on me to finish things with in a certain amount of time or worry myself thinking the purpose of the drawing, this time I did what I should do more often, draw... simply draw.

Somehow I'm glad now that the first one I did got crewed up by painter, as I could think again about the color and the overall finish for this one, I fixed a lot details from the original line art submitted like 2 months ago that many people colored (which help me to take the plunge to paint it again).

The most difficult things to paint here was the sky and the water (specially as had to think a lot about how to make the proper effects) Hope you like it!

I tried to paint this one using strong strokes and and simple shading but it didn't look good at all, so I finished with my usual style, might try it another time.

Some people commented about Candy Candy the anime , I have to say it's not based on the anime or manga, although, Candy Candy is named in the erotic tale referring to the ponytails of one of the characters which this illustration is based.

WOW!! I finally finish it! I didn't have any problems with painter this time thank God! there's something special about this piece firstly is her first 2008 work and secondly I started painting it in my Wacom Intuos 3 and finish it with my new Wacom 12WX and I felt the difference right away. it's so easy now to add more details and the workflow is very natural. and lastly I LIKE IT!!

Hi!

Finally it's finished! Another illustration for the Urbe Magazine in Venezuela, same as the previous one this is based on an erotic tale written and given by the magazine. it's about how this girl have her first relationship during the 70's and how she remember what happened. while I tried to do something retro, it ended in a blend of styles and colors that I like, something different from my usual pin-up girls I think...

YEAH! it's Finally finished! while fixing the picture I decided to update her costume to her latest. I took me some time to finish all the details on her armor but I'm glad I did it.

Ok here is the color version of the Honey bunny Sketch, and I'm happy to say that it only took me 45 minutes to color it . don't know fi it's fast or not but I'm satisfied.

I'm Back!!!
Holidays are over and with that a lot of new pieces to be posted here.

The good news about this piece is that I'll be releasing my first video tutorial in which this image was used, covering the inking, coloring and texturing of the character and background. the video is raw and still needs editing. that's why I'll be releasing the video later.

Many times I said that I was doing a tutorial so I think it's time to provide something! . Stay tuned for the news.

Hi!

I might be a little late to post this piece as the Halloween already passed, anyway I always had the idea to draw something for halloween even when I really don't celebrated it much so i drew a few sketches and this one was the chosen one. I really don't know how the idea came to me but surely I didn't want to draw something simple and meaningless.

So this scene here is just the moment when witch-hunter Mary and the bloody bear appear in this room after been caught while they were having an intense fight in the dark forbidden forest. obviously we know who was taking the worst part during the fight and believe bloody bear if f****ing Furious.

you know USA has Capitan America, the UK has Capitan Britain, Japan has ... Geishas. so I always thought that my country should have a representative character like a super heroine or something like that, Miss Venezuela apart from the flag has the Orchids the National flower on her black hair which represent the Venezuelan petrol XD.

Has been a while since the last time I felt this way. painting non stop enjoying every stroke and having fun. I've been thinking a lot of where should my art go and how can I play more with the characters I draw so this time I put decided to take the main concept which was just the Kaori sitting there with a gun to a more complex image adding perspective and deepness add anew characer Midori. anyway I'm really happy with this piece!
