&lt;p&gt;I try to put what i know about anatomy in humans and animals to my creatures, perhaps making them more belivable. I want them to function as if they were real.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This centaurette has a face that is a mix of human and horse, its nostrils are big to give this rather large creature enough oxygen, a sketch here:&lt;/p&gt;

Nice to see that someone still likes black/white ! Sometimes I get the feeling that everything must be in colour these days...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Most of my images are done in Paint Shop Pro, the oldest are made with pencil and paper, scanned and finished in paint shop pro. These days I usually draw them right on my screen with my Wacom Intuos tablet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A little explanation ( of my older method ) is in my sketchbook right here:&lt;/p&gt;
