Good, but it looks "compuptery" if you get my meaning. If that's what you're going for fine, but in my opinion the best digital art doesn't look digital. It looks "pieced together" and not all part of one illustration. One tip would be to limit your use of black. The black in the scales are VERY dark in comparison with the rest of the image, so it stands out. If they were a lighter gray, the image would look more balanced. Also, there should be holes under those slabs of concrete that the fish is breaking, so it looks like he's breaking the road. Right now it looks like he landed on a slab of concrete which is on the road.
