Another nice and gruesome piece, Nick! Are you entirely a Sketchbook Pro advocate now?

Thanks young master. No Will - not totally SKetchbook Pro yet - too many tempting toys in the other softwares. Just pushing it, because I'm beta testing for the moment. It is wonderful for drawing in. Worth a look if you haven't already. Version 2 is a bit hard to find, but I got it for £60 on Ebay.

Nick, this image confuses me. Whilst I find it up to your regular standard of drawing, the narative eludes me. Can you enlighten me please?

Thanks Pete. It's for the specific tale that was supplied by the talented Kay Inglis for the Matt the Vampire Slayer challenge (finished a week or two ago). Matt recruited by the local council secretly to be a vampire hunter, but is rather rubbish at it, making a terrible mess of each kill. That despite the fact that these vampires are like bloated, sluggard leeches after a feed, and like limp and empty plastic bags when in need of a bite. He is caught 'red handed' at another botched kill by what he takes to be a WPC and handcuffed to the door frame while he awaits back up. He pleads his sorry case, only to discover that she is in fact a council supervisor come to terminate not only his contract, but him as well. The vampire supposedly dead at his feet is in fact in collusion with the council and acts as a kill tester for them. I'll leave you to find the text in the appropriate thread to see how it turns out . . . . . . Expect to see you involved in the next such challenge (yes the saga will continue, due to popular demand). Good fun stuff to join in with I promise you.

I'm sure it's great fun. If I only had the time, Nick. Bears constantly snap at my heels. I really don't know how you manage to contribute to these challenges and earn a living at the same time. Maybe one day.
