Painter X. Due to other commitments I couldn't get it done for the entry date but I thought it was worth finishing off at least and posting here.

The competition required you to come up with an illustration completed in Painter and including the Limited Edition Version of Painter X which was packaged in a Paint can. After missing the entry date I allowed myself to use a little bit of Photoshop as well, and got rid of the Painter X can, which didn't really fit in with the rest of the work.

treasure map
<media:text type="html">

treasure map

This was originally going to be my entry for a competition run by Corel Painter magazine to coincide with the release of Painter X.
