... mais un legionnaire romain portait-il reellement sa cuirasse lors de la marche ? compte-tenu du poids, ne la portait-il pas plutot avec le reste de son equipement ?

Quand il y ait quelque danger c´est ça que les légionnaires s'équipent; s'ils sont attaques pendant la marche ils n’auront pas de temps pour mettre la cuirasse (dans ce cas lorica hamata).
