After playing Stalker I got interested in the actual structure of the NPP. The sarcophagus is a rather strange building with many odd angles, walkways and roofs, and it seemed cool to draw it (and it was).

This painting was based on the state of the building around 2005; since it is in such a bad state nowadays a whole new construction is built 'around' it to prevent it from collapsing entirely.

The drawing is 2D except for the 'chimney', that's a rough model I built in 3DSmax.
