Carmilla was the first literary vampire, much before famed Dracula and Rosanna Walls plays a character inspired on her in a TV series in the way of other famous vampiresses like Vampira or Elvira. This is a costume concept painted over a nude photo of Rosanna. The only real elements are Rosanna and her boots. 

The Hairdo (also painted) is an homage to Coppola's Dracula.
