Raised by bats

In addition to a big interview for the Future Publishing magazine, Imagine FX, I made this painting for a workshop for the same issue. The reference model is Kjetil, a colleague and friend of mine. The workshop is explaining down to detail on how to make digital fantasy-themed portrait.

Painted during a few evenings in Photoshop 7 with a Wacom tablet.

Order

This is the second painting in a series of hopefully 3 with the same appearance and dimensions. I want to make a series that looks nice together, perhaps hanging on a wall.

Painted on and off during a peroide over 5 weeks (6 evening all in all I guess) using Photoshop with a Wacom tablet. Reference used for the girl and the folds.

Golden talon

This is a portrait of my girlfriend wearing some kind of golden gautlet. I was practicing using hard edged brushes for the first time on this painting, and it was a valuable experience for me, I have stuck to that techinque since this painting. Painted during 2 evenings using Photoshop with a tablet.
