The wound looks "real-ish" though a little confused, but I'm just nitpicking..it actually makes me wonder what kind of beast down there attacked her or whether it is the result from a fall...aaah..I like that mystery element!

Work on her facial expression its uncertain in relation with the enviroment and mood.What has happened to her in this painting ?

I have to agree with dutchater, i also tried to figure out, what happened. Is it an illustration to a story unknown to us?
