Base is pencil. Touched it up with under layer of airbrush for shading, transparency, opacity qualities. Then came in with thick acrylic paint for beautiful texturing: the curtain on the near left has worn marks for a more aged appearance. Based on a nightmare I had, the floor and general mood is inspired by my childhood exploration of a broken down cinema located in a near completely closed down mall where I lived that was taking a while before people decided to make something in its place. It was damp and smelled mildewy with rain leaks and it was real freaky to look down the dark aisles toward a shadowy movie screen that seemed to float perfectly still in the distance. The mall is now thriving with new stores a few years later! Lol
