Surrender of the Ashed Sanctuary

Back from the obligatory worship in the mountains of Sartocampo, Arthuluccio, the leader of the of the obscene Antisanti cult, was stunned by the state of their sanctuary destroyed to ashes by the knights of Salvicristi.

All his people were burned inside the edifice while they were in a big preparation for the offering of the most beautiful man of the land to the evil god Narcisterrono. This happens on the 13 th Friday of the hidden 13th month every 13 years. The ritual for the offering was unfulfilled and this means great fall on the power of their evil god.

Arthuluccio fled surrendering the sanctuary that was reduced to ashes, determined to seek revenged to the people fighting the power of the Antisanti and lay upon them the rage of evil Narcisterrono.

My new character design done in photoshop.

Behind the gentle face of Zhajyrah is a ferocious naga siren. Her beauty hides the vicious persona of a cunning warrior never to be trusted. She had advanced her underwater abilities, mastered the magic of her ancestors and the power of her voice which could stun and cripple a throng of enemies in less than a second.

Despite her unpredictable power and remarkable intelligence, she had a selective loss of memory which she acquired from a battle she almost lose 3000 years ago. Since then, she has been in constant search for her identity. The snake staff is her weapon and the keeper of her deadly spells and the crystal amulet which she carries guides her in finding the pieces of her past.

Zhajyrah’s beauty is deceitful. Her blank and innocent stare could already mean a plot for destruction. This is how she wins her battles. After all, she is a warrior and lives in and for winning the war.

Here is my new artwork for 2012 i hope this year is more productive and more creative.

My inspiration for this is image is my lovely wife, we got married last Aug. 12, 2010 and because of multiple health problems she died on June 06, 2011 at the age of 30. It's so sad very sad... i always cried very night before i go to sleep... but you know that is life we need to move on. Always think positive and put God first before anything else. There is always a purpose to us why we are here.

Urduja: The Warrior Princess

Princess Urduja is a figure from Philippine legend, a warrior
princess who is said to have ruled the kingdom of Tawalisi in
the province of Pangasinan.

Though whether or not she actually existed is in contention
among scholars, she is still considered a popular heroine and
Philippine icon, especially in Pangasinan.

This is my interpretation of Urduja, i wanted to create a tribal character based on our culture and history.
