medUSA, is a play on word from "medusa", the legendary monster, and "medical USA", or basically a criticism of the disastrous Medicare system in the USA, a criticism of an over-medicated nation where a problem is often solved with a pill, and also a criticism of the pharmaceutical megacorporation congregation whose primary goal is making money, not anything Hippocratic.

Lastly, it was an opportunity for me to draw a new version of Medusa, without snakes and in a crypt, but with syringes and in a shiny office space. Let's say a modernized version.

This is a fantastic image.  I understood the message even before reading your commentary.  Very well done!  The rest of your gallery is wonderful as well.

Great stuff, I like the way you choose and portray interesting objects as well as paying close attention to the properties of materials.
