&lt;p&gt;where the stalactites/mites of the cave the figure is in might be teeth and the walls have a dragon-hide like texture. I don't think the head's too washed out. The concept is excellent and it's always good to start with a strong concept. Initially I thought maybe &amp;quot;soft-shelled&amp;quot; might be an Americanism for &amp;quot;cowardly&amp;quot; and found the picture amusing.&lt;/p&gt;
