Cor Leonis is a french-canadian concept artist, illustrator, comic artist and author. Cor has been an active underground artist for the last decade producing artistic events and publications in his local area, promoting art and creativity. While pursuing his art career he trained and worked as an infantry officer in the Canadian Forces. Cor has also been doing military art and design for the Department of National Defence, culminating in 2008 when he produced a major exhibition at the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec for Quebec City's 400th anniversary. Since his last solo exhibition in 2011, Cor has been focusing on a new direction for his career learning to make concept art for video games and film. While working on graphic novel projects that he writes and illustrates he is currently taking contracts as a freelancer for character design and other concept art.
