Inspired by a lot of stuff, but perhaps Warhammer's 'Realm Of Chaos' in particular, I wanted to do my own version of a great demonic warlord. I worked on this a few hours a day during a week or two. Initially only a character, the image turned out a full scene. Photoshop only.
