I tried emailing my entries today but they got bounced back with a message telling me that the mailbox was full. Is there any other way I can get my images submitted or am I out of luck?

I can't really speak for the IFX team but since it's the weekend and just before deadline, I guess many people have been submitting and staff haven't been around to clear the mailbox... If I were you I'd try alerting them by emailing another adress, Ian Dean maybe, and also trying to submit again on monday, hoping there's room in the mailbox again by then. Good luck.

I also tried to submit mine and it too bounced.  :(

I might not be the only one, but I've sent a message to Ian. If you try again tomorrow, some time after the British start work for the day, they'll hopefully have had time to check the inbox and clear some space.

Same here - I just tried sending my entry and it bounced. I'll try again tomorrow morning, hopefully they'll get their inbox cleared out before the deadline  ^^;;

I'm in the same boat.  Hopefully it'll be resolved by tomorrow morning as I'm out from lunchtime to midnight with no internet access tomorrow. Bummer!

it seems the IFX team are aware of the issue, they've just posted this on facebook

 

We're aware the mail box entry for Rising Stars is now full, we'll free up more space tomorrow for all entrants.

We'll extend the deadline to compensate. Please check the forums on www.imaginefx.com and here for more details as soon as we have news. Your entries will get through and they will count.
