Picture Perfect

Brief: Create a holiday postcard for a well known sci-fi, fantasy or horror location. "Wish you were here"

Deadline: Midnight (UK) on Wednesday 18th July. (this is Wednesday night, Thursday morning for those that need clarification). There is a 5 minute grace period allowing people to get their posts and links sorted. A moderator will then post a list of valid entries after checking links and voting will begin until the following midnight. Feedback is welcomed during the voting process.

Your final entry should be posted in this thread: Post all comments, crits, sacrifices, and all WIPs (required for entry) in the WIP thread:

1 - em... - Very nice recall of the original recall :) all the pics are dead on.

2 -  Annamoon - Nice pic. I like how with the limited colors the focal point stands out, without overwhelming the rest.

3 - aos - still one of my favorite places I wish really existed. :)

I didn't finish mine on time, but here are my votes:

Annamoon- really nice sense of atmosphere.

Em- great cartooning of the total recall characters.

aos- captured a serene place, I just wish for a little more detail.

Place 2nd and 3rd was hard to give. I like both equally, but i must set it. I gave the idea the greater part.

Good jobs! Pitty that are only 4 finals. Hope that next round are more :-)

3) Aos, again who wouldn't want to go there? But I think the buildings could have been a bit more detailed (at least hinted at)
