The DVD for the IFX issue 82 is not working, I've tried using different dvdroms and nothing still happens.

I dont know what might be the issue. After inserting the IFX dvd I can see the dvdrom loading and reading it

but in the computer nothing happens nor display in my drive. I've checked the dvd drive this is the what I got :

Any help or suggestions maybe? :3

Tried cleaning it, its actually scratch-less.

Tried using it on a dvd rom, dvd player, nothing happens. 

Tried updating all my dvd drivers.
