did only a few strokes..let me explain shortly...first I prepared the background using line
tool to define the mountain silhouettes than just leave it on a separate layer
... than the foreground ... adding this blue ocean colors ... final a stroke
the white lines and the stars ... at last I use the separate layer to color the
shiny parts beyond the hills.
