Something i have been interested in doing for a while is sculpting. I have been planning to sculpt things like final fantasy characters as well as other games and animes. I was planning on selling these sculptures however someone recently brought to my attention that it may be illegal. However, I know of people making fan art and buttons... and other things of that sort, who sell them at anime conventions without any legal issues.

I was wonding if anyone had any sort of insite into this matter as i cannot find anything definative online reguarding this.
