I'm in a similar situation. I'm getting the magazine DVDs thankfully, but I've been getting a total run-around or blow-off when it comes to the bonus Gnomen DVD. When I inquired about the DVD through email, it took over a week for them to ask me for some 10 digit account number ( 10 digit??? I could only find a 6 digit subscriber number), as well as all my complete mailing information. I send that back, 2 weeks later I get the same "we can't find your subscription our database." I agree, total BS since the "account help" information I used came right off my address sheet mailed with each issue.
@ pixelmech, I feel for you though...no DVDs at all!? You definitely are or the receiving end of some bad customer service. I hope you get some resolution.
Great magazine, but the DVD nonsense is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. They need to stop advertisng that offer if they can't follow through.
