  I'm trying to download the recently added workshop PDF for Gary Tonge, but when I click on it it leads to a 404 page.

I'm not having a problem getting to the page if it's the one you're thinking of.

when you're there right click on the pdf link and choose save target or save as. Save it to your desktop. I never load these things in my browser, but when I tried that didn't work.

When I follow this link you supplied it works, but if I follow the link from the IFX Homepage then click on it I get the 404. This is the link I see on the homepage

[Edit: I would add that, that link appears to go to a different tutorial by the same person, at least the screen shots are different than what I'm seeing] 

There appears to be a typo in the link to the pdf. Click the link to the pdf to take you to the 404 page, then edit the url to remove the ".pdf" at the end of the address, the pdf file should open (or download however your browser is set up).
