How to link images article?

I noticed there's a post on how to link images to the forums in the "Finished Work - 3D" section. Would it not be better placed in here where any newbies can easily find it? I noticed in one of the forums there was someone who couldn't figure out how to link their images.

I think it'd be more accessible to new members here.
