    digital equipment

hey i have a small bamboo fun tablet and i was wondering whether or not the type and size tablet could affect my art?

and if anyone has this type of tablet can you suggest some settings?

and software i have cs3 but i was wondering whether cs2 is better for digital art?

Any size Wacom tablet is a good start but could your art be effected? Of course it could....it all depends upon you and your ability to adapt to the tablet. I'm sure some artists here would prefere a larger tablet to work with and still others may prefere a smaller sized one. My 6x8 inch tablet is perfect for me right now as I dont have a seperate work desk and it fits just fine on the tray for my keyboard.

As for software....I'm not sure that there is anything in CS2 that didn't get carried over to CS3.....at least nothing comes to my mind other than how the eraser works....but I adjusted to that without too much complaint. I prefere CS3s menus and work area over CS2. That's not to say there is no difference between them....but I didn't have any trouble transitioning to the new version.
