This is my first attempt to emulate the anime-look. I am a big fan of Ghost in the shell, Cowboy Beebop, etc. and thought, I might give it a try and make something similar.
It took me about a day to paint the image. As the image was finished, I played with blur filter on a copied layer in Photoshop.

Can't see any image I'm afraid. If Banj or Fabled are watching, and they are pretty much omnipresent, they may link you to a thread that will explain how to post images properly.

What.... so I post this and up pops your image! Disregard what I said.

Anyhow, moving on .... I like the painting, but the whole image is too blurry imo. I'd like to see the girl a bit sharper, this would increase the feeling of depth and give the viewer a better focal point.
