Re: IFX FIGHTCLUB ROUND 9 Shrimbear vs Rivendale

Shrimpbear begins the fight by inspecting his foe, because his eyesight he has to lift the elf up and hold it close to his face to get a decent view.

He's not really sure what to make of it, its armoured and has a blade on the end of some of its limbs, kind of like a tiny baby shrimpbear.  It looks a bit deformed though, its armour is patchy and it only seems to have one blade between two limbs, and it doesn't even have any more.  Even Shrimpbear knows this doesnt add up.  The Elf takes this oppertunity to attack.

The big sword swings in like a thunderbolt from a mad god.  If it was to hit a mountain of granite.

This still serves to confuse Shrimp-bear... it makes some tiny notches in the thick headplate - the thickest armour on the whole thing.  Shrimp bear is puzzled....

Re: IFX FIGHTCLUB ROUND 9 Shrimbear vs Rivendale

    First Page of the fight:

Panel 1: Carlos senses a foe approaching.

    Panel 2: Shrimbear strikes.

Panel 3: Carlos staggers back his face wounded.

Panel 4: Shrimbear's attack is countered by Carlos.

Panel 5: Carlos sees an opening in Shrimbear's defenses and slices through his armoured chest.

Panel 6: Shrimbear narrowly misses as Carlos dodges at the last second.

Panel 6 didn't work out too well, I couldn't get the transition for the start of page 2 right. I'm not sure what my final image will be but I'm thinking of expanding panel 4.
