hmmm an alien bursting from her stomach, i wouldn't actually call it giving birth! but i do agree, her expression just looks like she's saying 'oh dear what a mess', when she should be looking like she's in excruciating pain and about to die!

Yeah, the expression still needs alot of work even after a re-paint. But the idea was she's restrained by that quick drying alien goo they use to stick folks to walls in the movies. I just wanted to show both her hands and feet restrained, rather than have her arms and torso glued into the wall.

I don't know if it's intentional or not, but the alien looks rather phallic.  :P  Leave it to me to notice something like that.  I actually kind of like her expression, but I have a really whacked sense of humor and the "Oh, whoopsie" look on her face makes me laugh.  I would paint the shirt like it's shredded where the alien is protruding too, like he's just ripped it apart trying to get out of her.  If he can rip through flesh, he can rip through cloth.
