Disc not working

    Disc not working

     

    The disc that came with my ImagineFX magazine is not working.  Every time i try and play it i get a message saying "Unable to open "name of file" because it is already open with write permission by another user.  What does this mean and is there any way i can fix it?

    I'm not sure what that means!

    Email our disc support people: support@futurenet.co.uk or phone them on:  01225 822743.

    They'll be to help, or send out a new disc if it's faulty.
