Vampyr: I know what you mean, but it looks like that for Two good reasons. 1, the character is standing on the steep mountain slope so the sword is a bit further downhill and 2, he is leaning forward, using the sword to keep his balance plus this makes his legs seem a little short too. If he were standing upright they would be fine.
