    Kikwii's W.I.P. thread

Hi! I've been trying to figure out a place to post my art and I figured the ImagineFX forums might just be the place. I'm currently attending the Art Institute of Atlanta to become a concept artist! I've been drawing for about 6 years now. I work predominately digitally but I do enjoy working with ink traditionally.

    Hello Kikwii,

    welcome to the forums :)

It looks to me as if you've taken that inking habit with you into digital. It gives some really nice results.

Thank you!! I'm glad to have you comment. I use Paint Tool SAI, and the website TE for my art. I like to create a traditional look with my art, and I tend to hatch things like I ink. I'll try posting some of my traditional art sometimes, I lack a scanner so its somewhat difficult.

Great stuff! I really like the character designs on some of these (that one with the eggshell thing is very cool) and that couple (tall claw guy and stitched up girl) is very excellent.

Thanks! Yes, the couple was a commission I had done recently ; w; I'm proud of that one myself.

Oh! I'm sorry! I used its nickname. The website is TegakiE. Its an oekaki blog site. The very first drawing in the original post is an example of what I drew with it.

A project for a friend. The basic character lineup I'm working on to get the personalities right.

I like you images, especially the lady with the feathery looking scarf over her shoulders, the texture in that is awesome to look at!

    Re: Kikwii's Art Progression.

Thanks! I did that in Paint Tool SAI which was rather challenging due to the fact that its a very "clean" program. It was a rather fun and challenging piece.

The large character with the huge eggshell umbrella is awesome!

Welcome to the forums and please show us some more.

Much potential I sense in you!

    Re: Kikwii's Art Progression.

    Thank you so much!!

I believe the character you are referring too is a fanart of Elesh Norn from MTG. I really loved her so I drew my own rendition.

I hope I can remember to keep posting here! ahah
