Hi everyone, I've been posting in the sketchbook section here for awhile now and decided I want to become a bit more active in these forums so I thought I'd post around some different places :) Here's some of my finished pieces

Hey Forrest!

Some lovely work here. It looks stunning and I really like the mantis-snake painting!

I'm a fan of such a bright and interesting style, so I eagerly look forward to seeing more.

It's recogniseably Johnny Depp and overall pretty good, but I have two crits:

1) The light is coming from the right and the moon is visible to the left. True he could be standing by a stronger light but it does look a little strange.

2) I think you need to work on the hair - it's a little scribbly and doesn't really look like hair, more like something felty or perhaps furry...

Thanks very much for the crits voluspa :) You're right about both things, I actually did want the light source to just be a strong light source, but you're right it does look weird with the moon being there. Also, I think I just over did the hair in the back a bit ha :)

I think this came out looking great - I really like her skin but also her overall design. She looks rather original, especially with those leg fins :) (The guy looks more like an ordinary fantasy guy - except that his head is on fire...)
