i'm still new to this whole thing. and seeing everyone elses just makes me want to give up. 

 

After a lot of sketches this is the idea I decided on. The finished piece will show a young faerie playing with some young dragons. There will be more added to the upper section. (Mother Faerie and Mother dragon). I just wanted to post something already.

The only thing I could think of was some kind of fable-type composition with animals taking on human roles with armor, etc.  Not sure where I'm going or whether I'll stay with this or flip.  I guess it will depend on how it goes.  Didn't like my other idea with a sci-fi outpost--come to think of it I suck at landscapes.
