Well here it is. I didn't show much in the way of WIP's I'm afraid because I disliked everything I'd tried for this challenge and was planning to sit this one out. Then a bit of that magical inspiration struck while I was playing with this image. So I finished it in one go (apart from the extremely rough WIP I posted).

Hansel & Gretel. Wild and savage conjoined twins, abandoned by their parents deep in a dark wood where they wandered, cold, lonely, and hungry. The twins were taken in by a kindly old lady and the twins played... and they ate. They lived happily in the old cottage alone, warm... and the occasional lost traveller fed them.

well here's my contribution, if a little shoddy and rushed. well, everyone makes a lile red riding hood idea but has anyone considered the possibility that she is infact the big bad wolf. split personallity you see. she killed her gran and blamed it on a cross-dressing wolf. happens all the time.

Another Red Riding Hood. She sure gets around.

Red trained the wolf and wasted the Gran, who happened to be a crazed evil tyrant anyway.
Now Red can roam the wasteland and encounter all manner of strange fairytale creatures but that's for another picture.
