2009 Rules
Challenge begins now and ends at midnight GMT time Thursday July 2nd 2009. There is a 5 minute grace period for people trying to post. Please also note that you MUST include TWO links
to work in progress posts that you've made in the wip thread to be
eligible for entry. Please make these WIP links as workable links. Mods
also reserve the right to disqualify any entry thought to hold
malicious intent or to be posted in bad faith. Entries must also have
been done in the time permitted for the challenge and cannot be images
that have been created previously.
Voting
will begin at midnight
GMT time Thursday July 2nd and will end at midnight GMT time
Friday July 3rd. The winner will then have the chance to choose the
next weeks
challenge. They will have until midnight GMT time Saturday July 4th to
post the next topic or they will forfeit the chance to choose the topic
and the topic will be chosen for them by the mod. This is to keep the
challenges moving at a timely pace with little or no interruptions.
[Request by mods] We
would like to ask everyone to try and keep image sizes down to below
500k (or preferably around 1100 pixels on the longest side if
possible). This is particularly important in the WIP thread as we have
noticed some people posting extremely large files at times. As we have
to check WIPs for every entry, it can take a while when we have to wait
for large files to download. This isn't compulsory, but it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

to get their entries in (as the rest of the world continues on GMT)
