This is a very supportive community johnny boy At least in the time I have been around. But occasionally debates do break out, but what I do find interesting is that these debates and minor fallouts get resolved and everyone's in love again. Here is the only place I have seen that on a forum. peace.

Actually I have wondered. Why is it that I seem to go so unnoticed? A simple hi kaber would do. Ok, to be fair I've been spending inordinate amounts of time over at cgpad but it dosen't mean I don't love IFX anymore. True, my spelling isn't the greatest but it's legible....is it that I'm Amercian? Really, I didn't vote for Bush. Or maybe it's my handle. It's not as flashy as some and, well, being named after a wooden pole I suppose can be intimidating to the general public. Just curious. W.I.P's, occasional comments, they all seem to slip away with out any acknowledgment. I know, I'm no good at these social gatherings, I tend to ramble and I emberrass myself and....Oh...umm...ahem, Hi, my name is Roy and I have a problem.

 As to a painters block? I just use a large, textured brush. Let my mood decide the color, add appropriate music and then find shapes within the texture. Bring them out, highlights and shadows. Eventually you'll find a concept and then you can adjust the rest to suit your needs or start over with a stronger focus in mind. Hope that helps.

I can guarantee that you are not the only one who feels that way but it's simply part and parcel of life on a forum, I guess. We have all posted words that seem to be completely invisible to others and it's tempting to think that it's personal. It isn't. Hi Kaber. Don't feel lonely. sometimes there are so many posts that It it's hard to reply. Other times like the challenge wips we are all painting hard biting the tips of our tongues as we try to finish in time ( not that any of us do that of course lol) but i usually try to comment. other times maybe i'm not logged on or are short of time and as Harle says we're silently nodding in agreement but can't reply. So don't feel bad, we all love our fellow IFXers *hugs*
