Re: Say hello to the latest cover...

now now. no excuses....its been a long standing poor trait in alot of artist, more of the manga "dodgy" drawing style :)

Maybe on its own without any environment would such an effect be passable. but once there is a enclosure - eg. mech, environment, etc.. then the naturalistic lighting should take precedent

Wow, love the latest cover. Can't wait to see it in the flesh Big Smile Is that metallic paint around the 35 or just a fancy border?

    Top stuff!

Hi Tom! good to see you around, now the metallic bit, it depends, are you a subscriber? lol

no it's not metallic, well not on the subscribers cover anyway, but it is very lovely.

I didn't crash the car, but I did spin it a few times when it began to rain! One of my team mates lost a wheel and another crashed into the tire wall, so I suppose I did pretty well.

Anyway I got my copy of issue 34 today and it's great! Marek's workshop is jaw dropping.

Indeed. As I briefly alluded to earlier on, Mareks workshop is great. All the things you wish to see in an artist. A good understanding of both character and enviroment and mixed in beautifully
