here's my 2cent; take some, leave some.
I think you should focus on fixing her figure first. Reference are just that, reference, their good starting point, but you should never feel to restrained because of them. You've got a good pose there, but some more overlaping of the legs would take away that sorta "it's short" instead of "its in perspective" feeling.
Now here's the part where refs become troublesome rather then helpful; there's a lot of stifness in your model's pose, for starter, her perfectly aligned feets? It feels artificial, rather then a candid shot ;) I added her hiden arm because it felt as though it was missing rather then hidden (sometimes stuff that works IRL doesn't work as good for an illustration) and her second arm? it feels as though it's there because the model didn't know what to do with it, so why not use it at your advantage? have her cover her mouth a bit like the "oops you saw me naked thehehehe" pin ups sometimes have or anything else that might compliment the situation ^^

edit: yeah! people are just great here ^^ they've helped me pimp a lot of my drawings fufufuh if your willing to fix your stuff and improve, imagineFX forums rocks ^o^
