I took a look over at PB, which I never knew existed till I saw Fearywitchs post. It has a thriving community, teeming with good artists.

Pixmaker how on earth do you manage to spend so much time between 2 forums? You make Kaz look like a part time poster.....well maybe not, but you get my drift.

hi there! i'm aggeliki (greece-22 ), new member here and new illustrator!( i dont really like to introduce myself as an ''illustrator'' since i just finished my studies and i dont have much experience in illustration - but my terrible english makes it very difficult for me to introduce myself ''properly''!!! :) ). Actually i need some help with the site....i cant  find out how to upload some work of mine (in my portfolio- which i accidentaly created !!! :) )

 I've been lurking and visiting the site now and then, but finally gathered the motivation to stop lazying around and join. :D I'm a 23 y.o. Latvian lass who tends to spend entirely too much time on digital painting. I go by the name Liiga on all artsy sites that I've joined so far which despite being a common Latvian name is never taken. Go figure. And uhh well yeah that's about it. o/

I'm trying to get into illustration, if even just for myself. I'm working as an illustrator for a children's website and I'm trying to find time to work on some projects of my own on the side. I feel like I have plenty of room for improvement, so I'll eagerly accept any comments, criticism, or tips--as long as they're more than just "I like/hate it!"--or anything else you would like to say about my work.

 
By the way, if anyone has tips for overcoming severe self-criticism/perfectionism, it would be really nice to hear them.
